History
Metaldesi was set up in Cerreto D’Esi, amid the lush green hills of the Marche region, in 1995. More than 30 years at the highest level of its market thanks to ongoing research and technological innovation, efficiency and flexibility. The headquarters in Fabriano boast a production surface area of 24,000 sq.m., of the 30,500 sq.m. belonging to the group, and the facility deploys a latest-generation fleet of machinery. This family-run business with highly skilled personnel makes for maximum efficiency and quality throughout every step of the production process, supporting customers in the design planning phase too, and providing rapid and cost-effective solutions.

Metaldesi is ranked as leader in the service sector addressing the third-party production of stainless steel semi-finished products and components for a host of different industrial sectors. For this reason, it boasts a flexible facility that is ready to solve any problem and to devise new designs where necessary. In line with this commitment is the introduction of the new CMM CRYSTA-Apex V, a coordinated measurement system of the latest generation. This instrument offers accurate and fast measurements thanks to Mitutoyo’s ABS measuring system, integrates easily into our production ecosystem, contributing to our vision of quality and precision. A further step towards operational excellence in complete synergy with our corporate philosophy.

The engineering department is manned by skilled personnel and implements sophisticated software capable of supporting every aspect of the design planning in a professional manner. From feasibility checks to co-designing, the company works side-by-side with the customer to optimise designs, both in terms of economic convenience as well as processing output.
